Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at: sales@maverickeventsmaui.com  to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 14 days to process returns from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note: A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

PAST DUE

(Applies to account customers only)
Final payment is due 30 days after date of final invoice. A 2.5% service charge on balance per month will be added. 

CUSTOM ITEMS

Items that are custom-made or ordered, along with their deposits, are fully nonrefundable once a contract has been signed and construction has begun. Custom-made items are the property of Maverick Events, unless specified in advance in writing from a Maverick Events representative. 

PROPERTY 

All RENTAL products and services are provided on a rental basis and remain the property of Maverick Events, unless specified in advance in writing from a Maverick Events representative. Any lost or damaged items necessitate a replacement or repair charge, unless waived by a Maverick Events representative.  

CHANGES 

Any changes in design, vessels, location or scheduling to the contracted services may result in additional charges to the client for design fees, labor, construction, vessel replacement, shipping and other related costs. Any conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue changes and time changes, causing delays to set up or tear down may result in reasonable additional labor, transportation and other related costs. Maverick Events reserves the right to substitute proposed items with items of equal or greater value due to unexpected circumstances. Maverick Events will to the best of our ability try and accommodate any last minute and on-site changes. In the event Maverick Event staff are required to make any changes to the contracted services including but not limited to flowers, floral design, vessels, votives, the following charges will be issued. 

FORCE MAJEURE

If for any reason beyond its control, but not limited to accident, act of war, act of god, fire, flood and other emergency conditions, Maverick Events is unable to perform its obligations under the agreement, such non-performance is excused, and Maverick Events may terminate the agreement without any further liability of any nature, upon return of the Client’s deposit less any monies expended by Maverick Events in the preparation of the event: any non-recoverable and other out of pocket costs Maverick Events has paid or is obligated to pay to vendors, suppliers and subcontractors, and any cost (including labor) for which Maverick Events has incurred an obligation to pay, so long as such direct and/or indirect costs are supported by reasonable documentation. 

AVAILIBILTY

Due to the handcrafted nature of most items, all sizes and shapes are approximate. Colors may vary slightly, due to different material textures and all items are subject to availability.
